Three years ago, we started with a simple belief — AI applications shouldn't be mysterious black boxes that break without warning. Here's how we've grown into Vietnam's trusted partner for desktop AI solutions.
The Spark That Started Everything
It all began when I was consulting for a manufacturing company in Da Lat. Their AI-powered quality control system would crash every few weeks, and they'd lose days of production waiting for the original developer to fix it. That's when I realized how many businesses were stuck with AI tools they couldn't maintain themselves.
My background was in traditional software development, but watching these smart business owners feel helpless with their own technology bothered me. So I started learning everything I could about AI application architecture — not to build the next breakthrough model, but to become the person who could keep these systems running smoothly.
Learning What Really Matters
By 2023, we'd worked with over 40 companies, and I learned something important — most AI problems aren't actually AI problems. They're integration problems, data pipeline issues, or simple configuration mistakes that snowball into major headaches.
That's when Linh joined our team. She had been managing IT operations for a logistics company and brought a completely different perspective on how businesses actually use technology day-to-day. Together, we developed our systematic approach to AI application health monitoring and preventive maintenance.
We also made our biggest mistake that year — trying to be everything to everyone. We learned the hard way that focusing on desktop AI applications and doing them exceptionally well serves our clients much better than spreading ourselves thin across every possible AI use case.
Building Something That Lasts
This year has been about refining everything we've learned into services that genuinely help businesses sleep better at night. We're not the flashiest AI company, and we're definitely not promising to revolutionize anyone's industry overnight.
What we do promise is this: when your AI application starts acting strange, we'll figure out why. When it needs updates to work with new data formats, we'll handle the integration carefully. And when you're considering adding AI capabilities to your workflow, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the complexity.
Our clients stick with us because we treat their AI applications like critical business infrastructure — not exciting toys. We've found our niche helping established businesses in Vietnam integrate AI tools that actually make their work easier, not more complicated.
Looking ahead, we're planning to launch a comprehensive AI application health assessment program in late 2025. But for now, we're focused on doing excellent work for the businesses that trust us with their technology.
